When it's time to prune your shrubs, are you ever amazed by how much material one little garden can generate?  Well, then imagine what happens at a public garden.  That's why when they offer a holiday wreath-making class you're provided with so much material to work with it makes you almost giddy with delight.  And why they don't have to charge a fortune.

The Arboretum of Los Angeles, for instance, one of whose wreath-making classes is shown below, charges only $30 for their class (frame, wire, and all wreath materials included).  But sign up quickly.  As you can imagine, it's popular.

Tuesday, December 9, 10 am to Noon.  Instructors: Marla Carter and Esme Gibson.

Call 626/821-4624 or email Jill.Berry@arboretum.org to make reservations.
